Write about your approach to budgeting.
A budget is 100% of the monthly money that you have received; the budget must be compartmentalized:
A) Based on food, clothing, and shelter {40%}
B) Taxes, insurance and miscellaneous {21%}
C) Transportation {15%}
D) Savings {10%}
E) Investing {10%}
F) Throwaway money {02%}
G) Giveaway money/Charity {2%}
1) A savings account is forever; you can only borrow from it, and you must keep saving 10% while you are repaying the savings account, and teach your children.
2) You can save and spend throwaway money.
3) You can save giveaway money to giveaway or donate.
4) You must be disciplined.
5) You can’t be ignorant, foolish or willfully stupid.
When you are living under Capitalism, you must be quick to distinguish the capitalist from the isms; poverty by design is unjust poverty created by government, church, politics and corporate greed to generate Isms for the pleasure of the rich; pay attention, why?!
An annual income below $250,000 dollars is the highest income in the poverty class; an annual income below $62,500 dollars is the lowest-income for deign-unjust poverty classes?!
Litmus Test: if you can’t save 10% and invest 10% of the monthly money you have received, you are already in financial trouble; pay attention, why?!
